Day 7 Name Your Tune CD (Ends November 16th)

As many of you know we are a musical household.  My husband, brother in law, and  father-in- law are musicians. We are also all teachers in the elementary and secondary systems and we understand the value of music exposure at an early age. We want to offer many varied and rich musical opportunities to our children.  I was really excited when I found out about Name Your Tune. The ingenious idea of seamlessly embedding specific names into songs is a great way to get children involved in music and learning.  Kids love listening to tunes and hearing their own name in song.  The child will hear his/her name over 80 times throughout the 14 well known songs.  Name Your Tune  sounds great and looks great too. Each CD comes with the name of your choice printed on the front.  This would make an awesome gift that will last a lifetime.

Based in Toronto, Name Your Tune Inc. is founded and managed by Candace Alper.

Co-Founder Eric Alper, is an avid music lover and is currently Director of Media Relations and Label Acquisitions for KOCH Entertainment. Eric brings his unique perspective and experience to Name Your Tune.  Eric also established Hear Here with a team of audiologists in 2000.  This program is in partnership with the Hospital For Sick Children and raises funds to pay for uncovered portions of the cost of hearing aids for children with hearing impairments.  Name Your Tune proudly donates a portion from our CD sales to support Hear Here.

If you go to the Name Your Tune website you can even listen to the songs that are included on the cd. They have over 4200 names and are always taking new name suggestions for their next trip to the studio.
